Look to friend me on my facebook page or look at the bottom for my Discord chat page, if still up, that is also here if you need invite and here if you are already a member. If any abuse is there think to stop it then the creator stops what you don't think is necessary or don't need to work better. I think or not and it fits the point, so you see the point you so if you think, then your focus can know what is there by area you think. I figured out you aren't a mental target if you are thinking that your not otherwise thinking your one makes you one. So lets hope that works as you wish.

If you think you're a personal or mental target, stop then think to do something else as long as it's normal. I think i figured out my real illness, If I think to do or write I won't if I panic or if I allow things then I can write the ideal. So I will write as I think or will and I don't have to be there to write it.
This is where I think as you want to do things, or work until I don't need to do things as this is use of this. I think this is a blog based off my past life, working with memories that I happen to remember.

Clearing energies #5 – Dance!
Nothing is better than turning on your favorite song, and dancing like nobody is watching. Dancing also provides a nice dusting of your chakras. Through dancing, you let the creative energies you are creating move freely throughout your body. These energies clear out discordant energies, and ground you back into your body.
Clearing energies #4 – Buy New Shoes!
Have you ever wondered what a rubber soled shoe does to your bodies grounding energies? Rubber, which is in in the soles of most shoes, is know as an “Energy absorber and Blocker.” Due to this, your grounding energies can get blocked and unable to connect to the earth. Next time you buy new shoes, look for a pair that uses wood or hemp based soles.
Clearing energies #3 – Wear some Rocks and Crystals
The next time you are in a hurry to get out the door for the day, grab your favorite jewelry that contains a Grounding Stone or Crystal .Here is a list of Grounding Stones and Crystals that I find the most helpful to have on me during my day to day life: Obsidian, Black Tourmaline, Amethyst, Garnet and Shungite.

Meditation is one of the best ways to ground. All you have to do is get comfortable, close your eyes, and focus on your breathing as you take 10-20 deep breaths. By meditating on your breath, you calm your entire Energy System. Once you are done, enjoy the calmness you created for yourself.
Clearing energies #1 – Ditch the Shoes!
Nothing is better than feeling the Earth cradling the soles of your feet. The practice of walking outside without shoes is one of the fastest ways to ground out the discordant energies in your body. As you walk barefoot, your Chakra System, Mental Energy Body, Physical Body and Aura are all balancing and releasing any negative energies you are holding onto into the earth. This released energy then gets recycled and turned into positive energy that helps you stay grounded and focused in life.
