Ingressional magic is where you think and create with inner energy to make what may be true. This creates what is true in the real world, and in your inner universe you make a semblance of the idea to exist. This creates what you want.. if in a frenzy due to not seemingly getting what you want, you suddenly get what you need as a result. This works worlds as a point is in regard.

This could be the ability to resist fire, water, cold, air, earth and other elements like poison, acid and etc...Also, you could cause the ability to resist sleep and wakefulness, the abilities can be anything of practical use. Including resist illness and diseases. Since you always had the ability to cast spells, its an auto gained ability by the power of your deity.
