Making conclusion to shift and be healthy

This is a group chant that can be done alone, but albeit its near a lit candle. This chant causes conclusion, to be cured and to shift. As if by a flames presence. This is in 3 parts.

To help make conclusion

To be cured and better

"To help make conclusion we better ourselves,

to be better and more healthy as it is,

so lets continue and be better for ourselves,
