low hand by feel

This is the low hand by feel that I feel for people as they go on out through life. Thinking of the point, what is the main point of this life? I believe its to work with others and make better by feel. This is with things becoming non dangerous. So I will ciou for now and farewell.

I believe the low hand is where the reminder is money and there isn't always allot of it. So I think I will skrimp and save up, the funding and think to get what you can call fair. This is a point of fairness that I will go out and spend funds, so I know that I won't spend too much. The card might disappear if I am about to overspend. Focus and go

This is where I focus and go by doing things. The thing is thinking about the point and the aura does it. This is while you work with the machine and things work the moment you think they do.

Eb; eb or low testosterone does fix itself by the correct things used. I know the correct things to do.

Food; the little things will suffice for now, ad hoc as I know things are okay. I pick the right foods to cure my ills.

Unity; the character is done up beautifully. This is without problems.

Game; Andrew and team wins the game till he stops playing it.

Indonesian cracks; the cracks are two points that are sometimes close together. This is where you put your foot between the cracks or points, and shift your focus to shift your spirit by imagination of thinking of the place.
The point is you are thinking your somewhere else and can resolve your issued problems so there is no point or problems.

All this simply by a shift of focus. Step beside the points to resolve your problems or ego. Step between three points and your spirit is shifted back to you. Focus is done. If you find yourself stepping on a point then you are stepping on someone's toes or you think and shift your attention to that point.

If you ignore the points or avoid the point and sometimes feel better, then your back and working from within the body's inner world. This comes with a sense of elucidation. Things just work themselves to out. This is all originating from your inner world made by the aura and working with the self interest.

Inner focus; the inner focus, sometimes of cats, is controlled by the third eye. Think what you want to see and the third eye pinneal gland shows you what it is. If you have hunger, you can control it by the third eye manipulation.

Focus point; think of a focusing idea and work with it. This is sometimes by ordering your third eye to create the result that you think of, so this is another idea of third eye manipulation.

Hitman; he finds the exit by feel with no problem. Things work out by feel, by energy, problems fix themselves. He does not keep messing up.

Mind control; mind control to cause smoking is cancelled out. This is a will over matter sorta thing. Simply think to no longer need to smoke and cancel out the mind control.

The ending; this is the end of the script and only needed for the mind control script. So think and do what you want.

So this is silver script and you know the idea is ended, you can use point you think on to make the third eye stop mind control that caused smoking.

E en; This is what I call e en encudelus. The ending of things to come. This ends things that will occur and things are done naturally. For survival sake, keep protected as this ending could be rough.

Its en enz; This is the vision to control the populace. This is the use of the thought, this is where your focus is creating by thinking about things and the third eye pinneal gland does those things through influence.

Those that want things to occur sometimes use the third eye, this is use of imagination to work with the crown chakra and create with what is there.

This can create away and make a vision effect by feel, so think about what you want to be seen and then you create the thought if you intend to use the idea visualized.

The drug trafficing; the drug trafficing that's illegal dies down, and creates better results without need for weed or other illegal drugs.

The government; there's no government shutdown that occurs here. So don't worry no panic necessary.

Fire threat; there's no fire threat and danger drops down. So things work out by themselves by feel.

Think; the point was made nothing is no longer done, think of the better part and switch the good in with switching out the bad. Then you cease bad behavior and bad events.

See this is done by thinking of the good. This is put in place of the bad things, then the idea is done right. Think right is right and accept the events as they come.

That is the way things will come.

Leg and other crossing; something crossed to the left is creativity or creating, something crossed to the right is escape or acceptance.

Think; think of the point and the idea of responsible action. Then the right action becomes clear.

This; this is the point to do, if you need to do something. Then don't do anything destructive.

Spelly; he doesn't have dizzyness no matter the point and any flu disperses and is gone by it's energy. So any illness is gone.

Focus; Focus makes the illness go away. The idea is I can go where and when to get things done. Whatever the case, I am no longer sick in the face.

Congestion; it disappears and doesn't come back, this is before they get to andrew mcdowells room.

Flu; flu the influenza entity, he left the area and that separates him from me as energy and leaves me flu less. This acts like a uu-flu or uu-cold effect or the effect of cancelling out the flu and colds as if by mucinex.

Tf2; he or she on Andrews team wins as he plays for the team.

Hitman; he gets the mission complete.

Andrew; he gets over his cold by tomorrow. No symptoms remain of the cold.

Trouble; there's no trouble over any mail given. There's nothing wrong with the mail. They stop blocking me phone wise.

New day; this is a new day and noting a night has passed, I believe I will do what I think is interesting.

Nighttime; things at night tend to go work themselves out at night. So all I need is patience.

Saving day

Today is savings day and I will save my money by feel. Thinking to create better by the focus point I will do what I need today to create a positive atmosphere and lessen the sinus problem that I may be occuring. This is a lesson in itself.

Thinking of this I will say this, think and you can create by the feel or focus to work things out. This is a concept in itself by what is done. I have bad sinuses somdays so I will be sure to treat it with elderberry and aloe vera sprinkled with cinnamon. This mixed with water and baking soda makes a good drink with added sugar substitute. Ceritive 2

This is an idea of mine, using thought to certify myself and allow my own idea to work. Read this as you would like to be free as well of restraint.

I am free of things that are okay to mind yet restrain and keep myself from what I like, this is just to the point and working as a solution and I can do what I want or eat as I can or not bother to do so. Whatever causes me to crave things doesn't cause me to crave things. I am now certified to use whatever means necessary to get the job done, albeit gun, weapon or hand to hand being sometimes necessary. This uses no resource I do not have already that I cannot spare. So I agree to this by reading this and working with the thought that I allow this to effect. This is an agreement of the spirit and this frees me of all things that bind me against my will, this is also so nothing is held against my will. I will be free now and live my life as I need it to be lived. That is all, I am now free to do what need, want or care to do. I am now free to do what I want, whenever I need to do things and wherever I can with no fear of reprisal and things to come.

Some if; if you think your safe from things look at your body and note the marks or marrings where you got hit. The dimensional magic is likely to occur the change by feel or area shift. This is where your there and then back again. Otherwise your not there.

Due note, this can cause mutation like an extra thumb or a tail or  extra strength, so be careful with it as it could lead to a big bulge unless exercised off.

Gaming; Andrew and possible team wins the game without stress and without getting the pickup.

Hitman absolution; he figures out what and how to get past the moment with out much trouble. The game works anyway.
So no problems with bugs should occur. Andrew should have an easy time with this game. He's patient enough with the game, this is as he does things at the correct time.

So he infiltrates blackwater. He also does other objectives. This is enough. So he finishes the game with the least amount of problems.

Tf2; Andrews team wins the game. This is with no pressure or stress.

Security; they don't steal apartment keys. In fact if it is gone missing, it's found again as if it was not stolen. If they did, they return the goods or keys by feel.

Initiation; when you want som thing you can initiate it, creating it by acting the part with what you do. This sets off a wave of energy that is the event, and things just happen by what is done.

Spacex heavy flight; there will be no error and perfect flight of the the heavy flight.

Went; I went somewhere watching a game being played as if another place. I wonder if it's a liveable exoplanet. Considered an extra dimension, I will find out. This will be fun. I went to 1179 ad and came back at 1979 ad. That is amazing.

I think it's the words that are said that control where and when you go. So I am safe as I think to go I go then you never knew where.

Miniature marshmallow; eat some marshmallows and the feelings disappear and so does illness symptoms. Think it goes the way you need, then it does.
My way; things are odd, the odds of things going wrong are great. So I had to create my own luck. I think that the universe created us, then we created god by believng he exists and every now and then the universe steps in.
This means we live on in an universe that creates by itself. That existed by the time we were existing a presence. So this is what life is made of for me.

We are divine by existing as souls, so what we think also may exist unless proven otherwise. Such as many gods and many divine people. We are our own godlike beings.

So we invent what we think on unless it's not necessary. This is due to the subconscious mind creating what we want and it exists sometimes by the being that we are. So we create by what we believe. This is the basis of spiritual belief.

Think and retrieve; think about things and retrieve what you want. This is sometimes done by feel.

Thoughts; thoughts arrange the moment you perceive by feel. They don't if you don't need it.

Low t; after age 30 you won't lose 2 percent testosterone per year. This is just a suggestion. But the testosterone goes up or stays the same per each year.

So this is done and not necessarily unless you need it to go down as testosterone is sometimes fight reaction.

Max q; max q or max force has been reached and been passed on.

Dental; nothing is wrong with my teeth. Cavities don't develope any further.

The shift; place a lined pattern somewhere you sense things are spiritually happening. When you do this and touch the pattern, and something happens somewhere similar to the pattern place, this is the changing point.

This shifts your vision and you see double vision until a few moments later. Then the shift to another place or time, that you think about being, occurred.

You were spiritually somewhere else at least and at most soul wise shifted by the creator. Although it takes a month or less to achieve, this may be well worth the experience.

The controller; he or she fixes the controller, otherwise it's replaced, if not working right.

Tf2; Andrews team wins without pressure and if I am playing I can win if I want to win.

Rooms; the vacant rooms are filled with non mark banks like people.

Colds; I am not effected by colds anymore and illness or diseases fade away. This is as though I had the right things or correct thing that cured the disease itself.

Not diagnostic; Your no longer with illness. This is also as though crossing over a line made with two points that makes the disease or illness disappear into becoming energy and the body recovers by feel. This includes diabetes and mental disorders.

Therapy; the subconscious gives the correct things by therapy for the disorder. This is done by feel and thought.

Hungry; no longer hungry. This effects whenever I think about the idea especially set to eat. I know why as well. So I will go now and ciou as I farewell till later. Goodbye.

Focusing styles

Thinking about things there are focusing and your thoughts creating what you need. This is a focusing style, however there are several focusing styles, where another one is think about things and the events arrange themselves. Yet another is think and do things and the event naturally occurs. These are just some examples of mind magic and thinking about the idea is the key to the style. So you are aware by what you do, think you know and you are aware of what will come.

This is a reminder to me to use the thought style of thinking and knowing about the way and then the way becomes clear. The idea is solidified into fruition and things happen your way that you want to occur. So I think this means I will experience some very good vibes sometime. Texting styles

The texting style often gives away what you are thinking and how you think. This is where you have a 2nd personality where the 1st is your main one. The 2nd is your mind. So if you think about doing something then the mind could setup a wave. Otherwise known as acting a point and creating the idea due to energy and thinking the people you think about will do the act. This is all in an act.

This reminds me to not act a wave near a security officer, where he or she could misinterpret the act as something else, unless something else is harmless. This is the textuan textile, the first reality hack idea list. Notice how similar the lines are and it always seems to end positively. The basic idea behind this is to list the words and with intent to have some manifest, this is by thinking about the idea. Based on everything textuan, I built off this list things to do or achieve. Here is the list.

Text; texting is not bad, working with things is important so you create peace by being peaceful. Think that way when you do things with text.

Feel; if you feel the moment, you know the idea. This is the basic idea to follow if you know what I mean.

Know; if you know things, then you are aware of the idea. Thats if you think about what I mean. Otherwise it's just the thought that you think.

Other things:
Temperature; the temperature is tolerable by feel with what is felt and done.

HGH therapy; the therapy for low testosterone given by energy feel and drinking water.

Party; Jay, Robert and Angela can make it and come to the party where it's held. Jay responds to my text. The road conditions are not degraded or too bad to travel on.

Game; the game is won by Andrew or Andrews team. Andrew figures out the right thing to do with Dom and other things.

Things; thinking of the idea, you present the point of concept and I create with it. This is a point to the past.

Ber; cold and miserly. Bear cold like.

Sphinx; they figure out the Sphinx ear and things change for humans.

Getting fatter; not getting fatter and instead getting slimmer by feel.

Get eating; the moment you get eating something. This could be addictive if sugary or sweet like.

Linux; the operating system of choice.

Note; the notice you place that allows you to know what you think.

Lisa; she pays me what she says she will pay me by feel.

Feel; the feel is without stress and pressure and you know things by what you sense. You lose nothing that you don't want to lose.

Focused; if your focused enough then you can do nearly anything. Just except for conditions on the road or from the area activity.

Some idea:
Idea; Just imagine it and you create what you wish. This sometimes works if there is no resistance to the fact. This is by feel with what occurs for now. So don't doubt the moment might occur if you need it to happen by what you do.

Dr appointment; the doctor can see me early on or I don't need to see the doctor to get the meds.

Finances; things don't add up to cost more and I can get saved more money. I don't spend more than I make in a month.

Add; add the moment and other idea to the concept, then you can create the best possible outcome.

Outcomes; out going and doing great, he or she is no longer sick. The financial outlook is great and better than ever. In fact, the totals are larger in money than the owings.

Owing; owing to the moment, the thing is done and you let it go by working with other idea.

Refinance; refinance is recalculating the owings and ownings so you save more by less costly payments.

These are all words and phrases that have come to be associated with the “Milliennial Generation,” which is also sometimes referred to as Generation Y. Recently, however, two additional adjectives have worked their way into the Millennial description pool: stressed and sleepless.
The correlation between stress and sleep deprivation is becoming increasingly apparent in American society. NPR maintains that 60 million Americans are currently battling insomnia.
According to an American Psychological Association study titled Stress in America, more than 50 percent of Millennials report to having been kept awake at least one night over the course of the past month due to stress. This is comparable to only 37 percent of Baby Boomers and 25 percent of Matures.
Why does stress affect sleep? Stress is widely recognized as the body’s response to potentially harmful situations, whether real or imagined. Although the effects of stress most certainly vary from person to person, general reactions include quickened breathing, tightened muscles, spiked blood pressure, and an increased heart rate.

Fight or Flight or… Sleep?

These are, in short, all individual components of the body’s intrinsic and universally acknowledged “fight-or-flight” response. Many stressed out people have trouble falling asleep because they feel the weight of these symptoms most heavily at night.

Best-selling author Dr. Andrew Weil, who received his M.D. from Harvard University in 1968, is a huge advocate of the benefits of holistic breathing practices in combatting stress and anxiety. On his website, Dr. Weil writes:
“Breathing strongly influences physiology and thought processes, including moods. By simply focusing your attention on your breathing, and without doing anything to change it, you can move in the direction of relaxation.”
Because the effects of stress include quick and shallow breaths that stem almost exclusively from the upper chest, perpetually stressed and anxious people are actually in the detrimental habit of under-breathing. Many stressed people are even known for subconsciously holding their breath.
That being said, mindful breathing practices are noticeably absent from the vast majority of Western medicine. Those most familiar with the relationship between breathing and the body tend to be yogis and practitioners of Eastern wellness methodologies.

How to Do The “4-7-8″ Exercise

Dr. Weil is an influential public supporter of a previously little-known breathing technique known as the “4-7-8 exercise.” This trick, which began to capture national attention several years ago and has since been the subject of innumerable headlines, including one on Oprah.com, is shockingly simple, takes hardly any time, and can be done pretty much anywhere.
Here is how you do the exercise:
  1. Place the tip of your tongue against the tissue ridge right above your upper front teeth. Keep it there for the remainder of the exercise.
  2. Exhale completely through your mouth, making a whoosh sound as you do so.
  3. Close your mouth and inhale slowly through your nose while mentally counting to four.
  4. Hold your breath for a mental count of seven.
  5. Exhale completely through your mouth for a mental count of eight. Make the same whoosh sound from Step Two.
  6. This concludes the first cycle. Repeat the same process three more times for a total of four renditions.
In a nutshell: breathe in for four, hold for seven, and breathe out for eight. You must inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth. The four-count inhale allows chronic under-breathers to take in more oxygen. The seven-count hold gives the oxygen more time to thoroughly permeate the bloodstream, and the eight-count exhale slows the heart rate and releases a greater amount of carbon dioxide from the lungs.
Alina Gonzalez, who wrote “How I Learned to Fall Asleep in Under 1 Minute” for Byrdie.com, says that 4-7-8 helped her fall asleep amid her nerves and severe anxiety the week before she was scheduled to give the bridesmaid speech at her best friend’s wedding.
When Gonzalez told her friend that she was having trouble getting to sleep due to a combination of stress and pre-wedding jitters, the bride-to-be, who was a licensed wellness practitioner, told her that the 4-7-8 technique would change her life. It did. Like so many others who swear by this method, the originally skeptical Gonzalez wakes up each morning to the incredulous realization that she does not even remember completing the final 4-7-8 cycle because it put her to sleep so quickly.
The 4-7-8 exercise certainly has the potential to help overly stressed, anxiety-ridden Millennials (as well as members of the general population at large) fall asleep more quickly. It is also known to have positive effects when implemented throughout the day during times of stress, anger, guilt, frustration, or internal tension. When weighing the painlessness of this completely free method against the irritability, headaches, distractedness, impaired cognitive skills, weight gain, and even heart disease that can result from the “performance killer” known as sleep deprivation, it seems worth a shot.
