Hypnotism is the act of reaching the subconscious through a constant motion of words and with something moving. You can make a person do things as though magic were being done. Those who do use it must use it carefully because it has a very bad effect if misused. When one starts they must think carefully on how to state the words they want said victim to do. It takes a said victim to make it work. So make it be done if said victim is the person who agreed to it.
What you need to do it? A clock or steadily moving device that moves in a steady pattern and a smooth soothing voice that speaks in a steady rhythmic pattern. The idea is to have a purpose in mind on what you want to do. Then, say to said victim while having said victim stare at the steadily moving device "You are feeling sleepy, very very sleepy. When I count to three, you will be asleep. 1, 2, 3." This will put them to sleep if they are easily suggestable. If not, then they cannot be hypnotized. They will be awake and wide eyed but not aware. Now say the things you want said victim to do. What hypnotized people won't do is to do what they resist in conscious mode. An example is to "Remember everything you learned in class as if a picture perfect memory and be able to regurgitate it at the times needed. This hypnotism will self-renew itself at the moment it starts to lose its power." Now, to wake said person up just say "I will count backwards from three and you will wake up and feel refreshed. 3, 2, 1." It is as simple as that.
Another way is to think of what you want to have happen and do a self-hypnosis. This helps in studying allot. The self-hypnosis technique is to make a focus on what you want to do and say with a hypnotic voice while staring at a constantly moving device like a clock. "I will do what I was focusing on doing and wake up feeling refreshed. I will wake on the count of three. 1, 2, 3." What happens with this is that you want to self-hypnotize yourself to do what you were thinking about and to feel refreshed at the end of it. This is done without the intervention of anybody else except for you.. So be careful with what you think because that will happen no matter what.
An alternative is to will with your mind and say in a rhythmic tone of voice to said victim "I want you to do this without resistance" Now say what you want said victim to do. Finally, say "wake up without remembering me doing this and feeling refreshed, now!" Make a loud noise that startles said victim and said victim will wake up and do what you just said. This is only intended for emergencies where you would be the victim. This also works for panic victims and people who hear voices. This will work on you also in a self-hypnotic method without need of a clock. This is called willed hypnotism.
In direct hypnotism it is like that for me but I do it more directly, Its more of a hypnotist who'll reach into the person's mind immediately, As in forced telepathic hypnotism by it being a cross of sending messages telepathically to have them react to the message as if it were hypnotism, pure force of will, belief that it'll work, and just doing it. So they end up doing the act as its the message they end up doing somehow. Considered somehow as to its necessity and need, its as if its a feel it to do as its believed to be effective. To plant a suggestion into the mind and have it effect as if it was hypnotism without the 'go to sleep on the count of 1, 2, 3' thing.
Once I saw the use of partial phrases that were used on the person and it was these phrases with vibrational effects to cause certain effects and idea. With the distraction of that you said them, by normal idea spoken after or before. The key to this is to focus a spirit energy on the word by thinking on the vibrations of the word in what it will do then say the word or phrase. So it was in the effect that occurred after the spoken word of it then that guides on the subconcious as if a commercial idea. Due note, not all hypnotism effects are likely to work as people can be immune. And, as if your willed hypnotism and Direct hypnotism is not working then you could be taken as a strange person.
Yet another hypnosis
Today I'd like to talk about yet another form of hypnosis. Hypnosis in this is a relaxed state of consciousness where the participant is better able to facilitate programming of the self. There are hundreds of applications for hypnosis, but today we're going to focus primarily on how to put yourself into a hypnotic state and the first steps of what you can do from there.
Let's take a look at induction techniques. It's important to keep a few key things in mind when you're setting out to put yourself in a hypnotic state.
First, find a place where you won't be disturbed for a while. The place doesn't have to be in complete isolation, but it is important for the success of your session that you not be interrupted by people wanting your attention. Outside noises of people talking or vehicles, while distracting, are not necessarily going to end your hypnotic state. You'll be surprised how quickly those sounds fade into the background once hypnotized.
Second, sit or lay in a comfortable position with minimal annoyance to your back or shoulders. Be in a position where you will be able to relax all your muscles without falling over or leaning to one side very suddenly. While in a hypnotic state you will be drifting away from your body in a sense.
Third, you'll need a method of hypnotic induction. There are many scripts to induce hypnosis but usually we don't have the luxury of a trained hypnotherapist to administer the session. Often we must depend on an alternate method. Hypnosis sessions can often be distracting as the hypnotist breathes into the microphone or makes distracting sounds or improvises the script as they go along. Unfortunately, even "professional" sessions often have these problems as well. A hypnotist who doesn't seem to know what they're doing can inspire a lack of confidence and create anxiety in the person undergoing the therapy. Fortunately, there are other methods including the hypnosis entrainment program
It's easy with the entrainment therapy. First put yourself in a comfortable place, then press play and begin focusing on your breathing. Breath in slowly and evenly through your nose, then breath out the same speed through your mouth. After a couple minutes of this your mind will begin to detach from your surroundings bit by bit. Don't wait for it to happen, but rather immerse yourself in the experience with a mind free from a desire for results. Dangerous or harmful suggestions immediately raise red flags and end the hypnosis session. The mind never does anything against its will.
Of course this is only if we're aware we are being hypnotized because it's essentially a hyper focused state. It's when we're not aware that we're hypnotized that we are at risk.

'Cayce says "Some say the ability to imagine other places [is] because of the past there" (379-3), The imagination is not in conflict or opposed to past life memory; it is a helpful tool. If they imagine a past life that is negative and full of violence, then in a past life regression they won't remember it. To be clear is to be good and understood. Because it is actually remembered from their own past. "Use your imagination to fill in details of past life" (1468-1) Cayce said, "Beware unless you are balanced in purpose" (5399-2).(6) Also, "Don't abuse the talent for recall" (340-15) and "don't dwell on it, rather abide in love" (1608-1). Doubt can block the recall of your past life. Anyone can get insight into themselves by studying times and places that deeply interest them.
The link between dreams and other lifetimes is not yet fully understood, but I think it is of clear thought that dreams and daydreams are a key to unlocking the mystery of the subconscious as it shows scenes from your past lives sometimes. The soul is androgynous. The body is far less significant than our society thinks. Psychic flashes, in myself and others, can awaken past and present experiences of life. Often simply telling another person of an experience, whether the telling is done consciously or under hypnosis, can give additional perspectives and relief and allows additional information to come forward. When emotional attachments have been released, the person can generally see and accept a clearer picture of the facts. "Whenever an emotionally loaded memory was revealed, and the incident relived..., there was a reported definite feeling of release and relief of tension, a lessening of symptoms of the illness, or a movement toward a resolving of personal relationships."
This leads into past life regression in purpose by a methodic approach. The entire process for time travel, or hypnotic past life age regression, has five distinct stages, although each stage progresses naturally into the next. They are hypnosis (the subject's natural level of deep relaxation); present life regression; prenatal regression; past life regression (the Blue Mist);
and the return to present life and awakening.As the person enters the hypnotic state, the natural level of relaxation, he or she is automatically guided into the second stage, present life regression.
Present life regression is simply recalling, mentally viewing, or remembering events or impressions from this present life, something we do almost every day of our lives. Hypnosis simply starts the gears of the mind turning, as in an audio or visual playback, and opens the door to clear recall. During this experience, different senses come into focus. As new levels of perception and awareness are reached, some people may see an image, others hear a memory, some feel an experience, and others sense an impression. Occasionally someone begins by smelling a recollection, and there are even people who mentally read inner records from their own book of life. I have found that responses of different people vary widely, even from session to session.
The time traveler is simply asked to relate what comes to him or her, no matter how it comes through, to simply state the impressions he or she receives without analyzing, censoring, questioning, or passing judgment.
Time travel is usually easy and enjoyable. Beginning sessions usually look at happy, pleasant experiences, and during subsequent sessions, more in-depth exploration can be experienced. You can begin therapeutic sessions by requesting
pleasant memory stores and files. Soul disorders and stressful material will surely erupt soon enough, without rushing it.
Most people like the active dialogue of questions and answers, but others relate a flood of information with little questioning required.
After a present life regression the subject may explore the third stage, the birth and pre-birth experience. This "rebirthing" can be intense, so I usually pass through this step without lingering. But many pscyhologists and regressologists explore this time in great detail. Prenatal regression is a term given to exploring the formative months before birth and has shown that the unborn child has perceptions and reacts to stimuli from the outer world. The perceptions of the forming child are somehow also connected to the mother's thoughts. I recall a case where a prenatal regression subject realized that she was an unwanted baby. (This fact was later confirmed by a parent.) This realization was so strong and
the subject cried so much that she could not continue her session at that time.
Past life regression is the fourth stage. The procedure you can use and is developed to help the subject reach it is called the "Blue Mist Approach." This terminology is not intended to sound mystical. You may call it anything you like. This partly uses the Christos Experience.
The Christos Experience, in which the subject is asked to imagine getting larger, then smaller, floating safely above the body, floating safely above the building, and then returning and standing upon the earth in a different time and place.
...Continue back to when you are two -- and then one. You find that you can even go to the time of your birth. And you can go beyond this time. Going now to that very warm, very safe, and very secure place where nothing can harm you. Where you feel so very good -- so protected. This is a good time -- a forming and growing time.
And you find you can go beyond this even -- going now into the Blue Mist. And the Blue Mist protects you. This is a time of trust and a time of understanding. This is a time of rest, of ancient echoes and quiet movement. A time you only thought you had misplaced.
Looking into the deep recesses of your own mind. Opening your memory banks to the remembrances of your innermost feelings. For through the avenue of the heart all things are revealed to you. Embrace the feeling -- reach deep within.
You are happy here. Yet part of you longs for movement -- and you look out toward the horizon or as if looking through a long tunnel -- and you see a light. You begin going, flowing, moving toward the light. You merge and converge within the light. The light surrounds you and protects you. You feel the life energies flowing throughout your being.
As you look down at your feet -- describe what you see on your feet. What do you have on your feet?
The more you tell me, the more clear and vivid it all becomes.
At this time, you can usually wait, giving the person the necessary time to respond before continuing to ask questions about the description of the clothing and the body. As in present life work, this can be give and take of questions and answers, or it can be a monologue delivered by the subject. Some people require little questioning to pour out a veritable fountain of information. Either way, past patterns and hidden clues emerge from the deep recesses of the subconscious.
There are at least two different ways of experiencing past life time travel, reviewing and reliving. In the first, the subject is a detached observer. Many memories and impressions are recalled and related from the viewpoint of a spectator of the scene rather than as a participant. It is almost as if the person is looking through a family photo album and commenting on some of his or her favorite pictures.
Reliving can be more intense and dramatic and is not always desirable in an early session. This level is a deeper soul level but may be too intense for the first times. Many sessions are actually a combination of the two, with an ebb and flow of involvement and detachment, or reviewing and reliving. Where you can tend to guide them back into the reviewing stage.
One lifetime or several can be explored in a single session. A detached view of the death experience is also valuable near the end of the session. Death is simply a stage of growth and most people with whom I have worked are amazed to discover their awareness does not end with death. Many people achieve their greatest personal insight through reviewing their former death experiences and the many passages from life to life.
I have discovered that most memories are recorded and stored as images, emotions, emblems, and symbols. Often a person will describe at length his or her feelings about just one image. The more emotion involved with an image, the more vivid it becomes. But because the mind more easily stores and retrieves images, names and dates may be difficult to remember.
There is no credibility gap but merely the lack of a stored image or emotion for a particular name or date. Emotion filled scenes and memories are usually much easier for most people to remember and relate. Experiences differ from person to person, session to session. Some people speak in languages they do not know in their present lives.
The fifth stage is returning to the present and waking.
Closing the mental, emotional, and spiritual door to a past life memory is as important as opening it. A person's subconscious usually has the final say as to which memories are to be consciously retained and brought back, and which are to be refiled for future reference. Just because the subconscious mind can understand the lessons of a past life does not guarantee that the subject's conscious mind can also deal with it in the present. Most information can be processed in the present but some is best refiled and stored for future work at another time.
This type of healing suggestion can be used near the end of the session.
Now see in your mind's eye all the people you recognized in this life [or lives]. Look into their eyes. Now, send love from your eyes into their eyes and they begin to fade. Bless them. Release them and let them fade. Let them go.
You will retain in your conscious mind only that information which is beneficial and helpful for you to retain at this time.
These suggestions are a gentle yet definite way of closing the door to the past, and allow the subject's subconscious the choice of what to remember.
Two of the biggest lessons I have learned in this work are the closing of the door to soul's memory and the careful return to the waking state. The transition back to everyday, beta level awareness (the normal waking state) should be smooth, whole, and complete; otherwise, people can come back temporarily disoriented. I call it "spiritual jet lag." The considerate
guide or facilitator does not cut corners or rush the wakeup process. In fact, this can be a special time for the subject's full spiritual comprehension and digestion of information.
Returning to the present and wakeup suggestions similar to this approach can be used.
Returning through the Blue Mist -- going to that warm and safe and very secure place. Returning to the present and feeling the life energies throughout your being. Your conscious mind may forget to remember(3) all that you accomplished here today. You are in the present, the date today is ___________ and the place is ________________. I will count from one to ten, at the count of ten you can be wide awake, clear headed, refreshed and relaxed.
One, coming back now. Two, coming out now. Three, coming up slowly. Four, feel total normalization at every level of your being. Five, feel the circulation returning to the extremities. Six, awakening to your full potential. Seven, perfect equilibrium. Eight, energized. Nine, in full strength. And ten, wide awake and feeling great.
As the person awakens, because of the suggestion or their own subconscious regulators, there may be little or no conscious recall of the session, or only certain parts may be recalled. Most commonly the person recalls the entire session and can add more details and information not mentioned during the actual experience.'
Two other methods by ninja
There are two other methods to hypnotizing; one is by using emotion and rhythmic voice and the other is by using the angel method to affect the subconscious.
The way to do this first one is to have some kind of emotion like panic, fear, anger etc and focus the emotion into the person's mind by mental will and then say what you want to say believing that the emotion will bring about the affect. The affect is the outside effect on the person. This is a really fast way.
The second way is that ninja's use the angel method for attacking , they say that if you cannot see , you cannot attack. So some have discovered that if you say something or do an action to someone in a non-observant way. Even though the conscious mind won't pick it, the subconscious will. It will then occur in some way and soon the seed of your action or words will grow in the person.
Hypnotising your inner body
This can hypnotize even your internals. Focus on the target and try to think about nothing while desiring to do things that are what you desire. Know the idea that is yours and what is theirs. Feel the energy around you and that energy going into the target to do as you say. Now without thinking about what you want or other thoughts, say what they are to do and cause that energy to do the act with the others body by the emotion and tone in your voice. What may help this, is a 'do what I say and 1 2 3 4.' Then a suggested release is to allow them to act or say 'you are released, 4 3 2 1.' Note: what you do physically is what you may cause them to do. As what you say is what you do sometimes.
To soul hypnotize
Feel yourself as one with the other and then think that the soul is there as for you to get and to do with and to hypnotize. Then feel in a relaxed mood and say what you want it to do as to act as if the idea is true. This only actually effects if you own the soul by bargain.
