This effect is an idea I had for a very long time. All you need to do is focus your will on the water by thinking energy moves the water in a wave formation. Then it forms if your will is strong enough. Interesting, right? If you feel emotional enough, you could focus that emotion energy and add to the effect. Its all in your mind.

instant need; the need is there in the targets to do what you ask by the power of energy.
robotic knockout; this effect is causing the sun to send electromagnetic pulses that knocks out the robots.
shearing; this is where you cause the effect to tear itself apart before it hits you.
Paralysis reaction; This is where your aura causes the targets to be paralyzed for 1d10 rounds.
Gyro reaction; This is where the targets start spinning around and around, till they fall over dazed for 1d10 rounds.
