Seen use by creative abuse

Look to friend me on my facebook page or look at the bottom for my Discord chat page, if still up, that is also here if you need invite and here if you are already a member. If any abuse is there think to stop it then the creator stops what you don't think is necessary or don't need to work better. I think or not and it fits the point, so you see the point you so if you think, then your focus can know what is there by area you think. I figured out you aren't a mental target if you are thinking that your not otherwise thinking your one makes you one. So lets hope that works as you wish.

If you think you're a personal or mental target, stop then think to do something else as long as it's normal. I think i figured out my real illness, If I think to do or write I won't if I panic or if I allow things then I can write the ideal. So I will write as I think or will and I don't have to be there to write it.
This is where I think as you want to do things, or work until I don't need to do things as this is use of this. I think this is a blog based off my past life, working with memories that I happen to remember.

Abdomen shrink effects

There areseveral abdomen shrink effects that ya can do. This is two of them. Its in the form of a meditation.

Abdomen shrink; To do this think on ya stomach as it is . Think of it shrinking to the idea and energy that ya pass through it and put on it. Think on it during meditation. Feel it going down, while holding in ya gut, due to the energies that are on the abdomen.  While saying for a mantra thought in ya head 'go down' and 'make weight drop', as this is effective when repeated. After 5 seconds and beyond of attempting this, it should shrink. Ya might find that the abdomen draws itself in tighter the longer ya attempt the meditation. Listening to music while the attempt is going on, helps allot. If ya find the breath wanting come out, then ya let it out and breathe in again and let it out etc.. this helps in reducing ya waist quicker.

Abdomen shrink 2, the weight tuck; Starting in from your crown chakra in of your (head) chakra, imagine energy passing in through your body from the left to your right side of your body, pulling in the weight on your body. To hold in the stomach and tuck the weight in on your stomach, the energy passes through you and don't let your stomach go out after taking a breath and after realizing your fat went out with the breath. Then tense and untense your arms and legs, then to the rest of the body with repeat breath. After untensing you might find that the weight has increased. This is released, from your body by the breath, and of the weight by having a thought of 'less weight less fat' and then a relaxing point by breathing out on each one. Eating might release the weight but its not too sure a thing if you hold your stomach in. This in fact compresses your body weight and fat by letting out or cutting out the fat.
