some magic stuff II

 This is some idea that I have been playing with by feel. So think to use these idea as suggestion, if you so intended to get an effect.

Some spells

Elementalism; Elementalism is practice of self-creating what you need to materialize. If you want to use a drink, then think to a drink and need it to do things that create what you want. However, you can use an object as well for that.
or whatever your element is. See that's how elementalism works. So feel free to practice that, if you are interested in elementalism. See that can be any item or whatever element you choose to use. Now to do this better, think an element sometimes is classified as earth or items, air or particles, water or drink,fire or some burning item. This is what can be used for the desired result, that is set by your thinking and done by the ideal consciousness that is in everything. So that is elementalism 101, enjoy your day.

fat usage; think of what you want to do, then suppress your fat and work with the energy that you have. Think of what you want and do things for the better of the moment. Suppressing the fat is drawing in the stomach and doing what you need, then as you think this lessens the weight of the body. This usually works and all so you can create what you wish for by feel or fee.

I know that you can make yourself maintain the body weight, this is done even when you overeat. All you need to do is exercise enough. Then the body weight will stay nearly the same. So if you want to lose the weight, then you may need to curtail or curb your hunger and need for food. See this is a point you can do eventually, if you don't intend to overeat. Otherwise, good luck on your dieting. So think about the change you want and feel that your mind speeds up the time of the body. Then you create what you think should be done, this is done in temporary time. That's how you can do things with intensity. This works as you exercise off the energy, too, despite binging. So think and you get what you want by what you feel or need.

the calories for eating cutoff is 1400 calories per day. So I think its easy, its done by feel. This is eating wholesome foods as well.
