long focus

This is the point of long time focusing, think of your purpose and your idea to achieve that becomes easier to acieve on thought of the purpose. Then think of your basic idea to achieve the focus with some sorta successful result. Resolve is the idea to do and you are able to do it on ease of motion. Think and do is next, when you think of the idea to do the focus is with meditation and this can last up to 2 hours. All you need to do is breath in fresh air and breathe out bad energy and think of what you want to happen, thinking in terms such as this as you breath in and out is possible and easier with longer music.
