sweets

The sweets of the moment are what I will try to avoid now, this means no use for sweet eating to lose weight with. This is by feel and with thought. So I think this means I will go with wholesme food this time. Thinking to work it off has become easy, all I need to do is wait and not overdo the calories on the hour that my body naturally burns off. I weigh 159.4 lbs now so I will try to stick with that or if I weigh lower then I will keep that if I can. Then as now I think I can do anything. So I think I will ciou and farewell till later.
