After two thanksgivings

I think I am aware that after two thanksgivings, I still lost to 173 lbs and am surprised for it. So maybe after going to normal meals, I will still keep the weight off or lose more weight. I think I could do either. So as I am aware if things work out I will work to fulfill the promise of the day, this is thinking to do what I need to do or think about things.

This is by feel if I so intend to do things that are disagreed with. This I agree with however, to use dirty water, that means (cherry or normal flavored water with turmeric and cinnamon mixed by swirling in nutmeg and possibly dark chocolate stevia. See that is the main point of this post. I am aware that this is a page for public viewing, thats why I decided to add this recipe to this post.

So if I am aware, I am able to cope with the new reality and make ready for what will come. The eruption of a few roman volcanos. So if I am right, the volcanoes will erupt. This is sometime soon or maybe later on. Whenever they happen they occur a shockwave, thats how I will know as after the shockwave some ash may find its way here.
