focus out; think to focus as you feel to strike or create with what you have. then you create as you think with what is possible as you work. work with needles or ideal points either with tapping or touching then the pressure points are resolved of problems. this is then a point you think. as your aware you know then you know what you think. as it turns out, as you focus out you cut in then you know what life is. so avoid that as you are aware that life exists for you.

Une ie in out: If you think in then work out you can lay off the sugar and extra cheese. Seen as a point, then you lose quickly. I've seen people diet as to in or out food quickly, when they should chew their food slowly. So think to distract yourself from eating. Then you lose weight or maintain it at a certain weight.

wishes; This is a wish that works by thinking the ideal you express or think occurs, this is where the area does a timeline shift. The subconscious works the effect according to how it needed to be done through the timeline. That is only a point you see to get done. I think it sometimes effects, so think what you like about this. Just think then you get your wish.

in ie especially; In the diet especially is this true, the diet or activity only works if you think or imagine the right things to get done.
