Permanizing meditation

To permanize meditation, think of the meditation session and bring up the feeling that you had with the session and the thoughts you want to remember. Then, remembering the feeling, try to repeat the thought that you came up with in your mind and this repeats the motion you went through in the session. The more you repeat the idea while feeling how it felt in the session, the more the effects of the meditation are repeated and permanized. It takes about 3 to 4 times to do this idea.
