Violence spell

This spell comes in two flavors, a mass crowd or a single target which to cast it takes feeling hatedness within, Then feel effect take effect over the target while stating the chant to make effect and fit the target. The effects are to create a random act of violence that occurs like a blind rage. Yet gets the person blood rage by going near and seeing provoking images.
