Evil eye spell
When the evil eye is cast, it is a simple manner. This is that spell: Draw an eye in chalk with a circle around it and say out loud or mentally "By the power of the evil eye I will {say intended group or victim here} to fail with the focus of this eye!" Clap three times after this. That is the simple version of it.
