Boot to the head technique
Boot to the head technique starts with you remaining still and focused. Then state any phrase or word you need to happen. If you mastered it, it should happen for at least a small amount of time. In the instant you stated the effect, it would happen by manipulation or by being felt as a physical force, representing the phrase intent.
